Is there a pool?
No, the villa does not have a private pool. However, the sea is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are two beaches within easy reach — a quiet village beach at 250m and a larger commercial beach with facilities 10 minutes away.
What's the nearest beach like?
The closest beach is 250m away — a sandy village beach, calm and uncrowded, with some small stones at the waterline. No bars or sun loungers, which makes it perfect if you want quiet. The commercial Ergon Beach with a bar and water park is about a 10-minute walk.
Is parking available?
There is 1 dedicated parking space directly in front of the villa, free of charge. Street parking is also available nearby for a second vehicle.
Is it safe for young children?
Yes. The villa is surrounded by a small wooden fence, making the garden a safe space for children. The villa was also built with families in mind — we have a kids bedroom with themed décor and a sofa bed in the master bedroom for younger children.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no — pets are not allowed at Villa Mila.
Which airport should I fly into?
The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG), approximately 1 hour 20 minutes by car. Most guests driving from Bulgaria pass through the Kulata border crossing and arrive directly without needing to fly.
How far is it from Sofia?
Approximately 4.5 to 5 hours by car via the Kulata border crossing into Greece, then south to Nikiti. A very manageable drive — we do it ourselves regularly.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We're flexible where we can be. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, but just let us know your travel plans in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes — Mitsubishi AC units in every room, including all three bedrooms and the living area. Greece in July and August gets hot, so we made sure it's properly done.
What's the Wi-Fi like? Can I work remotely?
The villa has Starlink satellite internet — fast, reliable, and available throughout the property. There's also a dedicated work station with a monitor and docking station, so it's fully set up for remote work.
How many guests can stay?
The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms. With the pull-out sofa bed in the master bedroom, it can accommodate a 7th guest — ideal for a young child.
What's included in the price?
Everything — all utilities, Starlink Wi-Fi, A1 Bulgarian TV, bed linen, bath towels, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are no hidden extras. You bring yourself, we provide the rest.
Is there a BBQ?
Yes — there's a BBQ and a private terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for evenings. All BBQ equipment is provided.
How do I pay? Is it safe to send a deposit?
A 30% deposit is required by bank transfer or Revolut to confirm your booking. We're a Bulgarian family based in Sofia — you can find us on Facebook at facebook.com/villamila.nikiti.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes — there's a washing machine in Bathroom 1 on the ground floor, ideal for longer stays.
